Scrabble Sunday #2

Been about twenty years since I last played and tonight I lost every game I participated in at the second Scrabble Sunday event.

 

Fun though.

    The secret to knowing when you’re about to get an ass whooping is when a smart person suddenly suggests ‘lets play scrabble’ … and then the dumb people always say ‘ok then’.

    I am in the dumb category.

    There should be scrabble for dumb people whereby the first to make a real word - loses. Its my only chance of winning.

    I was asking the organisers are there variants to the game, like:

    - ’street/lingo’ scrabble: hip version with words like mofo and nizzle
    - text scrabble: lol, lmao, wtf etc
    - and my favourite suggestion, contact scrabble: full contact allowed

    … apparently there aren’t :-(
